Delete your account

Remove your ChooseIT account and all the data linked to it

The quickest way to delete your account is from your profile in the app. If you cannot sign in, you can request the deletion here.

Enter the email address of your account and we will send you a confirmation link. Nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm.

What gets deleted

  • your account and profile data
  • the gift lists you created and your gift notes
  • your saved contacts, with dates and addresses
  • the products saved to your favourites
  • your notifications and linked devices

Deletion is permanent: the data cannot be recovered. Links to lists you already shared will stop working.

If you used ChooseIT without registering, your account has no email address linked to it and this page cannot find it: in that case, please write to [email protected].
